Train your mind to perform at your best. In this workshop you will learn mindset skills that will set you up for success in your sport even in uncertain times.

Learn the science behind building a growth mindset, why it makes all the difference and how to apply it to your current environment.

Through practical exercises and real-world examples, this workshop will help you to shift your mindset for optimal performance and to create training and performance environments that support this.

You will leave with a tailored plan to build your performance mindset, including the role of beliefs, motivation, challenges, failure and feedback.

This workshop is facilitated by Michael Inglis, Sport & Performance Psychologist and co-founder of The Mind Room.

Refund Policy


Our refund policy is pretty simple - if you have bought a ticket and can no longer attend, then send a friend.

Alternatively, if you notify us in writing at hello@themindroom.com.au, at least 14 days prior to the start of your class then we will arrange a refund (less any admin fees we have already incurred, up to max. 20%) or transfer your booking to another date.


For all privately booked business workshops, we require at least 7 business days notice if you need to cancel or reschedule a confirmed session. 

Cancellation or rescheduling within 7 days will result in 100% of the fee being charged.
