Our attention and attitude is key to performance. Join us to explore the science and application of mindful attention through meditation as well as dynamic, eyes open, mindfulness training. Learn how mindfulness supports you to manage thoughts, feelings and behaviour to build resilience, deal with distractions, stay focused and consistently prepare and perform at your best, no matter the situation.
This course is suitable for athletes, coaches and support team.

Our refund policy is pretty simple - if you have bought a ticket and can no longer attend, then send a friend.
Alternatively, if you notify us in writing at firstname.lastname@example.org, at least 14 days prior to the start of your class then we will arrange a refund (less any admin fees we have already incurred, up to max. 20%) or transfer your booking to another date.
For all privately booked business workshops, we require at least 7 business days notice if you need to cancel or reschedule a confirmed session.
Cancellation or rescheduling within 7 days will result in 100% of the fee being charged.
