Description

Ready to realise your sporting potential? In this half- day workshop, learn how to build a mindset that sets you up for success in your sport or performance area.

You will learn the science behind building a growth mindset, why it makes all the difference and how to apply it to performance.

Through practical exercises and real-world examples, this workshop will help you to shift your mindset for optimal performance and to create training and performance environments that support this.

You will leave with a tailored plan to build your performance mindset, including the role of beliefs,motivation, challenges, failure and feedback.

This workshop is facilitated by Michael Inglis, Sport & Performance Psychologist and co-founder of The Mind Room.
