We explore Professor Dweck’s ground-breaking work on fixed and growth mindsets, as well as other psychological concepts. These practical strategies are designed to enhance performance by helping you stay motivated and put in effort, embrace challenges, rebound and learn from failure, and listen effectively to feedback.
This workshop combines evidence based science with practical application and is suitable for performers (sport, arts, education, athletes) and performance specialists (coaches, directors, teachers). This session is facilitated by Sport & Performance Psychologist , Michael Inglis, and Co-founder of The Mind Room.
