Growth Mindset: 1/2 day workshop
Are you ready to realise your potential? In this evidence-based, half-day workshop we will learn how to build a mindset that prepares us to be our best in any performance domain – at work, in sport, on stage or in the classroom.
We will learn the science behind building a growth mindset and put Professor Carol Dweck’s ground-breaking work into practice. We will leave with practical psychological tools and strategies to:

Listen effectively to feedback
This workshop combines evidence-based science with practical application and is suitable for performers (sport, arts, education, athletes), performance specialists (coaches, directors, teachers) as well as members of the general public interested in enhancing their performance and harnessing their mind’s potential.
