Description

To reach peak performance on field, it is important for athletes to remain balanced off-field. The right balance improves both psychological & physical recovery to reliably reach optimal performance. This workshop is for athletes and performers who want to learn how to balance their off-field life to best support their on-field performance and overall wellbeing.

Optimal Sleep, Time Efficiency and Sustaining Wellbeing are three significant factors in finding good balance as an athlete to fulfil other areas of their life. Having good balance also has an indirect effect on performance as it allows you to psychologically and physically recover to excel when you want to perform.

Facilitated by Sport & Performance Psychologist Michael Inglis, who has a unique blend of evidence-based knowledge and applied experience working with individual athletes (e.g., cycling, athletics, gymnastics) and teams (e.g., Melbourne Rebels Rugby Union, AFL North Melbourne Kangaroos; Holden Cycling team). This program empowers any performer - athlete, coach, teams - to fulfil their performance potential.
