At The Mind Room we love devouring the latest evidence-based science on mental health, wellbeing and performance in life. We also can't wait to share it with you in inspiring, practical, and evidence-informed ways.
This monthly workshop series is designed to share the latest science and practice of health, happiness, and meaning in life. On the first Monday of the month throughout 2018 we will cover different topics each month:

This is a practical and inspiring 1-hour workshop held at our light-filled Collingwood studio. It’s a great way to connect with other people in a relaxed, conversational learning environment and learn more about your mind, emotions and living well.
The Mind Room is a community of psychologists, wellbeing and performance specialists, mindfulness facilitators, and other friendly and wise people. We work with people and teams to help them know, love and grow their minds, so they can live their best possible life.

Alternatively, if you notify us in writing at firstname.lastname@example.org, at least 14 days prior to the start of a class then we will arrange a refund (less any admin fees we have already incurred, up to max. 20%) or transfer your booking to another date.
