Healthy Habits: 3-week workshop
Healthy habits - which ones are best for us and how do we get started and maintain them? Nourishing food choices and moving your body are a great start – but what about our mental health and wellbeing? Even when we feel like we know what habits we should be building, starting again after losing momentum can be tricky. Come and learn how to keep your good intentions, as well as setting realistic expectations.
In this class, you'll learn what healthy habits are and how to confidently build and stick to them in a way that feels achievable to you. You will learn practical and evidence informed strategies that build on your strengths and values, while recognising we are all human and doing the best we can with what we have.
This workshop is based on good science, practical tools, and is designed to be friendly and interactive.
Facilitated by Health Psychologist Dr Lauren Hamilton.
