Mindfulness Drop-in Class
Want to practice your mindfulness skills? In this weekly drop-in class we do a half hour practical session on mindfulness through meditation and everyday activities.
Typically we will do 1 x 10 min and 1 x 5 min meditation with a focus on either breath, body, emotions, compassion or connection.
We also spend 10 mins with a focus on mindfulness practices in daily life, such as mindful movement, eating, drawing, music and conversations. We help you to integrate mindfulness into your life for more clarity, focus and calm.
This class is friendly, practical and a great way to connect with other people in a relaxed, small group format. Classes are facilitated by The Mind Room psychologists and budding psychologists in training.
You can book online and guarantee your place or just drop-in and take pot luck. Class size is limited to 12 people. All welcome (beginners to experts).

Our refund policy is pretty simple - if you can't attend, then send a friend.
Alternatively, if you notify us in writing at firstname.lastname@example.org, at least 14 days prior to the start of a class then we will arrange a refund (less any admin fees we have already incurred, up to max. 20%) or transfer your booking to another date.
